Billing/Payroll Coordinator - Compensation: very good in Perkasie, Pennsylvania

We have a terrific opportunity for a full-time Billing/Payroll Coordinator with QuickBooks experience. This is a chance to join a rapidly expanding company with plenty of upward mobility. The Billing/Payroll Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Finance to execute day to day accounting activities.
Requirements:
-QuickBooks experience a MUST
-At least 2 years of Billing/Payroll experience
-Experience and skill with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Invoicing
-Extreme attention to detail and strong work ethic required.
-Have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Job Description:
-Perform accounting functions as assigned including, but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Invoicing
-Accounts receivable billing for our growing list of clients and oversee collections
-Accounts payable (entering invoices and pay invoices via QuickBooks)
-Process, administer and validate payroll for a staff of over 500 employees
-Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements
